Liliana Maria Percy Ruiz

A leader who is equal parts creative visionary and integrator.

Manager, writer, editor, and audio producer with over 19 years experience in media organizations and nonprofits.

OVERVIEW

I have always been led by curiosity, and that is still where I start from. As a first-generation Colombian-American immigrant, I live between two countries, and find home in the Spanish language.

As a movie lover, I believe deeply in their power to transform and change our lives. Leading from a values-driven perspective, I am committed to diversity, equity and inclusion in the content that I create and in the teams that I supervise.

BACKGROUND

Growing up I was surrounded by storytellers — members of my Colombian immigrant community who taught me the value of listening and a well-executed punchline. So much of what I learned as a kid has become an essential part of my professional life — and the values of kindness, curiosity, joy, humor, thoughtfulness and imagination still guide me.
